Welcome to our new service designed to make the payment of Service Charge and Ground Rents simple and painless. It should only take a few minutes to make a payment, in a totally ‘3D’ secure environment, and at any time of the day or night.

 

Please begin by entering your Tenant Reference and Fastpay Code [both of which can be found on your Application for Payment] and follow the instructions on screen. The process is straightforward, but please note that additional HELP is available wherever you see a “?” at the end of a line.

 

Once you have made your payment, a receipt will be emailed to you. That receipt will confirm the amount you have paid and any charges (credit cards only). The receipt will also contain a link that you can click to retrieve your personal password, giving you immediate access to the My Account area of our website.
