A purchasers’ perception of a developer can be enhanced by a professional and pro-active managing agent who gets things done promptly and cost effectively. Equally, it can be scarred by an agent who doesn’t perform.
We have worked with many developers for many years by building long-term relationships with their staff based on trust and mutual respect. On new sites, where customers may be unsure who is responsible for a maintenance issue, they can often find themselves passed from developer to managing agent and back again, something that should never happen.
Whether a customer telephones us or telephones you, they should only need to make that one call to get a response from the appropriate person; we should agree if we or your customer care department should return the call and all the customer should see is a seamless maintenance regime.
This can only be achieved by honesty and a close working relationship, something we are always keen to foster.
