We have a dedicated legal department headed by our in-house solicitor, to advise us on all aspects of property management and to keep us up to date with the law in this ever changing field.
When it comes to selling your home under our management, our legal department can also provide a property information pack to your conveyancers by email. Our legal department will assist your conveyancers in dealing with any additional enquiries raised by your buyer’s lawyers in the pre-exchange period and subsequent completion of the sale.
Ensuring that service charges are paid promptly, so that we are kept in funds to maintain the services provided, is to the benefit of all the residents on the development. Where a homeowner is not up to date with their account with us our legal department will be instructed to pursue payment. As a last resort court proceedings will be issued.
