The items listed below are vital if the "first impression" of our sites is to be a good impression. The list is not exhaustive and can be added to on individual sites as residents request, but all our Property Managers and handymen know to keep an eye on these during their site visits.

- Numbering/labeling of entry phone push buttons
- Numbering of mail boxes
- Black (painted) manhole covers
- Stained bin store enclosures/gloss painted doors
- Stained fences
- No smoking signs to all entrances and enclosures
- No “For Sale”/”To Let” boards
- No dumped vehicles or non-roadworthy vehicles
- Neat swept road edges
- “Definition” between hard and soft landscaping
