Good communication and a passion for excellence are cornerstones of Hazelvine's business philosophy.
We never lose sight of the fact that each property that we manage could be our own home and we do everything necessary to maintain the communal parts of those properties to a level that meets our own high expectations.
We aim to "maintain first impressions" in everything we do in order to maximise the value of our clients' properties and to keep the original 'feel good factor' alive, the feeling that influenced each resident's original decision to purchase their home.
Effective property management requires co-operation and understanding between us and our customers and between each of our customers; Through active managment, communication and listening we try to bring "Harmony" to the sites we manage, to relieve some of the stress from our everyday lives.
