Terms & Conditions
By entering into this prize draw promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and their entries will be bound by the following terms: -
1. Entrants must be 18 or over and all entries must be made by completing the entry form which can be found at http://www.hazelvine.com/pages/prize_draw.asp. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to receive relevant promotional material via email and to receive further promotional material concerning any of our products and services which may be of interest to them.
2. Completion of the official entry form is the only way of entering the prize draw and no other entries will be valid.
3. The prize draw is only open to entrants that have used the FastPay facility to successfully pay a Hazelvine invoice.
4. This prize draw is only open to individuals who are the registered owners of properties that are managed by Hazelvine Limited or properties that have their ground rent collected by Hazelvine Limited. All entrants must have a property address at which the prize will be received within the United Kingdom. Entrants must enter their correct Hazelvine Tenant Reference to enter the prize draw. Your Tenant Reference can be found on your correspondence sent from Hazelvine and will have been used in your Fastpay transaction. Hazelvine will not process any entries that do not contain a valid and correct Hazelvine Tenant Reference.
5. Only one entry is permitted per property address. Hazelvine will disallow duplicate entries without notice to the entrant. Hazelvine accepts no responsibility for lost entries, delayed entries or mistransmitted entries. Hazelvine reserves the right to refuse to award any prize where it considers that any entrant has acted inappropriately in entering into the competition or making multiple entries.
6. The closing date for entries is 31.01.2012 at 24.00hrs. The prize draw will take place no later than 21.02.2012 and the prize will be awarded to the first correct entry selected at random.
7. Hazelvine will notify the winning entrant by email no later than 28.02.2012. The winning entrant must respond to this email within 7 days to confirm their acceptance of the prize.
8. The prize will consist of one new Apple iPad 2 and Hazelvine will arrange for the shipping of the prize to the entrants property address within the United Kingdom only on the entrants acceptance of the prize and confirmation of shipping address. In the event of the prize being unavailable for any reason outside of Hazelvine’s control, Hazelvine reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. Any warranty provided with the prize will be transferred from Hazelvine to the winner and Hazelvine will provide no additional warranty. Hazelvine will not be liable for any loss arising to the entrant through the prize or prize draw.
9. Should the winning entrant fail to respond to the email notification within 7 days confirming acceptance and delivery address, Hazelvine will discount that entry and re-draw the prize at random without further notice to the initial winner, whereby the procedure for notification of the winner will be restarted.
10. The prize is non-transferrable and there is no cash alternative.
11. The winner will participate in all reasonably required publicity and in entering this prize draw the winner has irrevocably agreed to allow Hazelvine to publish the name of the winner and their home town in post prize draw publications and on the Hazelvine website.
12. All employees of Hazelvine and associated companies, their immediate families and anyone involved in the operation of FastPay or the promotion of this competition are excluded from entry.
