We are excited by the regular challenges that we are set to maintain properties, find solutions and mediate where there is disagreement, and rewarded by knowing that we solved that problem, prevented another, achieved the results that we would have wanted for ourselves, and restored harmony.

Having individuals trained and skilled in building and maintenance, surveying, finance, property legislation etc. is essential, but it is not enough. How they work as a team; how they Communicate between themselves, with Residents and Contractors; and the passion and focus they have to achieve results - that is the key.

At Hazelvine, we train our staff to put themselves in the shoes of the people they are working for, as if it were their own home and finances they are looking after.
