Your standard property information pack will include:
- 3 years sets of accounts where available.
- Buildings insurance schedule where we arrange the insurance.
- Memorandum & Articles of Association of the management company (if applicable).
- A property information sheet answering frequently asked questions.
- Current service charge estimate and any Notices pertaining to the property
If we are asked to provide additional items not included in the standard pack and we are able to do so these will be provided for an extra charge.
Time critical? Use our express service
When time is short and exchange of contracts is imminent, we offer an express service for an increased fee where property information packs are emailed within 2 working days of receipt of payment by solicitors cheque or credit/debit card; otherwise your conveyancers can expect a pack within 10 working days.
Make sure you are up to date
We will not provide a property information pack where monies are outstanding on account. The amount outstanding should be either settled immediately or your conveyancers should provide a written undertaking to settle all outstanding sums upon completion.
