Why work for us?

The Qdime Group consists of a growing number of companies, specialising in residential property. We have three firms of managing agents, a maintenance division, a professional services company and a firm of solicitors. We have offices in Poole, Bristol, Letchworth and our head office in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. We operate throughout the South of England and South Wales, from Ipswich to Eastbourne and from Broadstairs to Swansea.

The aim of the Group is to be a one-stop shop for all residential property matters, but with individual specialist companies who can support each other.

Because we expect our staff to perform at a very high level, we provide support and training to enable them to reach the required standard. To show our commitment to training, we have established The Qdime Academy, which is headed up by a former head teacher. The Academy will provide regular training, both in property related issues and customer service.

PaulMaintenance Supervisor
I am based directly on site at a development also managing a number of other properties in the region. My daily duties mainly involve liaison with contractors and residents, dealing with issues relating to the buildings and grounds as and when they arise, completing maintenance tasks whilst ensuring each site is maintained to the highest standard. A typical day might include reporting any faults, meeting on site with contractors and testing of emergency lights. I also attend regular residents’ meetings and complete Health, Safety and Fire Risk Assessments.
